Summary: AMAZING! Patti & John are the best hosts. The house has everything you could want. We walked in and immediately felt at home and not intruding into someone else's place. The neighborhood is a quiet older neighborhood full of families. There is plenty of space for the whole family. This lovely home, and its owners, are true gems!

Summary: We enjoyed our stay at this well-equipped home. The house was very clean, updated where needed and the floors are just beautiful! There were games, spare linens and a great downstairs area for larger groups. The neighborhood was so peaceful! Would we stay here again? Heck yes! This is an absolute 5, BUT there are a couple of things that should be mentioned for groups who are not family. The 2nd floor bathroom was shared by the 3 main bedrooms and the 2nd floor, while beautiful was loud - we would wake up if someone was walking around. Don't let it discourage you, though. The charm and location to Lake Erie and the park is absolutely amazing! The host is top notch (and we forgot to sign in the guest book - sorry!). Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Summary: Everything about our stay was wonderful. The house is located in a super cute area. Very close to a park and Lake Erie. We were in town for a baseball tournament and stayed in the house with another family. It was perfect for us. We had 5 kids between 6-12. Patti had tons of toys, beach items, games, etc. Right as we got into town a giant storm blew in. It immediately knocked out the power and we heard from Patti right away checking on us. We were lucky and power came back within a few hours. We had friends in hotels that were without power for 2 days. We hope to be back and will definitely stay here again. This house and host were amazing.

Summary: We had a very nice stay in the house. It looks new, all details were taken care. The Room was spacious, Living room was well decorated. There were card games and kids friendly activities. We were group of 12 (with kids), owner very cordial and put extra bedding for my kid. This is very good for the Families wants to have fun time near beach. Its just a steps away from fishing spot and Lorain state park beach. Beds were comfortable. Bath room were neat and clean. There were lot of towels/linens provided. There were toiletries shampoos, bath soap those were really helped. Small details like kitchen condiments were really help, We have enjoyed lot and definitely encourage others to stay in same house. Best part of house was its very neat and clean, all rooms were decorated and renovated having modern look.
